Pickup Exceptions
We serve most of the country — but there are a few areas where pickup is limited or temporarily unavailable:
🌺 Hawaii
We can only pick up on the island of Oahu. We cannot arrange pickup on Maui, Kauai, the Big Island, or other islands.
🐻 Alaska
We can only pick up in metropolitan Anchorage. We cannot arrange pickup in other parts of Alaska.
⛵ Martha’s Vineyard
We are unable to pick up vehicle donations on Martha’s Vineyard.
🌴 Florida Keys
We cannot pick up on some of the more remote islands. Submit your donation online and we’ll confirm whether we can reach your specific location.
States Temporarily on Pause
We are not currently picking up vehicles in these states. If you’re in one of these areas, submit your donation anyway — we keep these records and will reach out if pickup becomes available:
